For you, along the way
Be prepared for the second wave
The first weeks after a death are full of tasks and people. The second wave often hits weeks or months later, when the calls slow and the reality settles in. Watch for it. Ask a few people to check on you at the six-week and three-month marks, when others may assume you're fine.
A gentle reminder
There's no right way to grieve, and there's no schedule. Some people cry a lot; some don't cry for months. Both are normal.
